Three lines of defense to ensure consistency across tens of thousands of products!

In order to ensure the consistency of tens of thousands of products, we have established the system of QC (Quality Control):

IQC: Raw material inspection, eliminating unqualified materials from the source.

IPQC: Semi-finished product inspection, real-time monitoring during the production process to prevent defective products from flowing into the next process.

FQC/OQC: Final product inspection before shipment. Strict sampling inspection and function test of finished products before shipment to ensure that every box of goods you receive meets the gold standard.
