We adopt refined industrial-standard production processes, including high-precision electronic batching, constant-temperature intelligent extrusion molding, high-temperature vacuum lamination and UV wear-resistant coating treatment. We strictly control all process parameters and details throughout production, balancing environmental performance, structural stability and realistic surface texture, while eliminating common defects such as bubbles, warping and deformation, to deliver durable high-quality wall decoration products.

1. Requirement Communication & Mold Customization
We discuss your requirements for PU stone styles, textures and sizes in detail, design and customize exclusive stone-like molds, provide 3D renderings and clear quotations, and start production only after your confirmation.
2. Raw Material Proportioning & Mold Pre-treatment
We select eco-friendly polyurethane raw materials, and mix foaming materials, color paste and additives in proportion; molds are cleaned and sprayed with release agent to prepare for stone-like texture forming.
3. Pouring, Foaming & Curing Molding
The prepared PU mixed raw materials are injected into molds, triggering a foaming reaction to expand and fill the mold cavity. After curing at room temperature or heating, the basic PU stone blank is formed.
4. Demolding, Trimming & Texture Finishing
After the blank is fully cured, it is demolded, with burrs and excess overflow trimmed, and surface textures refined. High-end 3D printing technology can be used to enhance customized stone-like effects and restore the texture of natural stone.
5. Surface Protection & Coloring Treatment
The surface of PU stone is polished and cleaned, sprayed with weather-resistant and wear-resistant protective coating, and simultaneously treated with stone-like coloring to improve the product's scratch resistance, stain resistance and aging resistance.
6. Finished Product Inspection & Packaging & Delivery
Each piece of PU stone is inspected for appearance, size and performance, with minor flaws repaired. After multi-layer packaging with moisture-proof and scratch-resistant materials, the products are safely delivered to your project site.

2. Raw Material Proportioning & Substrate Preparation
We select natural stone powder, eco-friendly polymer emulsion and additives, and mix them in proportion to form a uniform and flexible flexible stone slurry. Meanwhile, we pre-treat flexible substrates (such as mesh cloth) to improve the adhesion and toughness of the slurry.
3. Coating, Casting & Texture Transfer
The flexible stone slurry is evenly coated on the flexible substrate, and the texture of natural stone is accurately imprinted through stone-like texture molds or 3D transfer technology to restore the real stone texture.
4. Curing, Shaping & Structural Stabilization
Through low-temperature drying or UV light curing, the flexible stone is fully formed to form a flexible and stable structure, ensuring the product does not crack or deform, and can be bent to adapt to complex walls.
5. Surface Finishing & Protection Treatment
The surface is polished and color-repaired, and sprayed with waterproof, weather-resistant and wear-resistant protective coating to improve the stain resistance, aging resistance and easy cleaning performance of flexible stone.
6. Finished Product Inspection & Packaging & Delivery
Each piece of flexible stone is inspected for appearance, texture, flexibility and size, with minor flaws repaired. After multi-layer packaging with moisture-proof and fold-resistant materials, the products are safely delivered to your project site.

6. Protective Packaging & Safe Delivery
Protective films are applied, and the products are packaged in multi-layer moisture-proof and scratch-resistant materials to ensure safe delivery to your project site.
