Our client is a high-end boutique hotel located in Zurich, Switzerland. This project focused on upgrading the hotel’s lobby, guest room feature walls, lounge areas, and public spaces, aiming to create a modern natural wood style interior that combines natural elements with contemporary aesthetics. The overall design concept emphasized warmth, comfort, and understated luxury, creating a welcoming environment where guests can experience both visual elegance and a relaxing atmosphere. At the same time, the project needed to meet the high standards of luxury hospitality spaces in terms of visual appeal, installation efficiency, long-term durability, and material performance.
The design team wanted to introduce a wall material that combines the natural texture of travertine with the warmth of wood grain, creating a comfortable, elegant, and layered spatial atmosphere. They also required a decorative material that could achieve the sophisticated appearance of natural materials while simplifying transportation and installation. After comparing natural stone, wood panels, and other decorative materials, the project finally selected our Soft Stone Printed Travertine Wood Series. This innovative material perfectly blends the organic texture of travertine with the warm appearance of natural wood, delivering an authentic natural material effect while offering advantages such as a lightweight structure, excellent flexibility, and easy installation.
