At YHUGETA, quality is not just a slogan, it is our bottom line. In the unfortunate event of a quality problem caused by our manufacturing, we will immediately initiate an 8D process:

Response: We will immediately initiate the 8D reporting process to identify the root cause.

Resolution: During the warranty period, we will be responsible for all the quality problems, whether it is free of charge for replenishment, rework, we will never evade. Our goal is to build long-term trust, and we will never sacrifice our partners for a single quality problem.
